A longtime champion of smaller government, low taxes, and better schools, Speaker Harwell, says it’s imperative to her to meet face-to-face with leaders and impacting companies within our area. Members of the WireMasters Management Team-Richard Farris, Rush Holladay, and Randy Short welcomed Speaker Harwell with a briefing on the company’s history and mission, followed by a facility tour. Before her departure, the group gathered in our conference room to discuss influential topics surrounding our industry and district such as; interest in bringing aerospace companies to Tennessee, mass transit, affordable health care plans, and improved unemployment rates. The expansion at Nashville International Airport was also a topic of discussion, including the new direct flight from Nashville to London via British Airways. It was with pleasure that our team was able to converse with the Speaker about current events as she was able to witness firsthand WireMasters quality operations and continued exponential growth throughout the aerospace and defense industries. WireMasters thanks Mrs. Harwell for choosing our company to visit. It was an honor and we wish Speaker Harwell the best of luck in her future endeavors as she runs for Governor!
