    W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc. (Gore) recently named WireMasters, Inc. the North American distributor for  products for the Civil Aviation market, expanding the initial distribution agreement put in place in October 2015.

    Paris Air Show 2015

    The WireMasters team traveled to Le BOURGET, France last week for the 2015 Paris Air show. Held at the Aéroport Paris-le Bourget, WireMasters joined approximately 2,300 other exhibitors and 350,000+ visitors for the largest Aerospace industry event in the world.



    This year’s show was an exciting one, especially for Airbus. The France based company received 421 orders worth $57 billion. Not only were their numbers impressive, but they flew the fully electric E-Fan 1.0 that operates exclusively on batteries.  The new E-Fan 2.0 was on a static display during the show. Both these prototypes are a part of Airbus’s goal to achieve a 100-seat electric aircraft within the next 15 years.
