On behalf of WireMasters, we would like to thank everyone who took the time to visit our booth and to NBAA for hosting such a prestigious and well-coordinated event. Success was measured at an all-time high for this year’s convention as future industry forecasts were released; new aircraft were launched, along with new product introductions. Numbers also measured this year’s show success with over 26,000 individuals attending, which included representatives from 49 U.S. States and 95 countries from across the world. As attendees exhibited three days throughout Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center and on 25 acres of the Orlando Executive Airport, the impressive static displays, a business jet built of cards, miniature models of new aircraft and products left exhibitors feeling nothing short of amazed. “This year’s show was an enormous success, filled with announcements and product introductions,” said NBAA President and CEO Ed Bolen. Perhaps the biggest news of the show was Gulfstream’s early unveiling of their new G500 and G600 jets. Gulfstream never disappoints with their unsurpassed imagination, advanced technology, and reliable aircraft. The new members of the business jet family are set to optimize the performance of business jets by expanding the cabins width, increasing speeds, and enhancing designs. According to Gulfstream’s launch, the combination of form, function, and efficiency is stated to perform with endless capabilities. Set to provide the ultimate in-flight experience, the new business jets cabins have been completely redesigned to maximize comfort and connectivity with the largest in class HD monitors, Audio Video on demand, and Bluetooth integration. In addition to comfort, Bombardier has enhanced their engines for higher-thrust and increased runway capabilities. While new aircraft can signify industry growth, Honeywell Aerospace released their Global Business Aviation Forecast predicting a 4 percent average annual Industry growth over the next decade. Through 2024, they estimate operators to replace 23 perfect of their fleets with new jets within the next five years, and within ten years 9,450 new business jet deliveries to be completed valued at $280 billion. Not only was it a big show for the companies listed, but also for WireMasters. NBAA marked the first show for our brand new booth display.
